Scope
  
The Search Manager is one of the key players in running the Search team and the agency as a whole, assisting with business growth strategies.
  

• Introduce innovative systems, processes, and products in the search domain
• Manage Tier 1 accounts to maintain top-notch performance & to keep your on the tools skills up-to-date.
• Always ups killing your SEM & SEO skills to ensure that they are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop overarching strategies
• Oversee internal coordination and sourcing of temporary contractors during expansion phases

  
  
Successful Applicants
  

• Ideally extensive experience running, training & managing teams in digital marketing
• Excellent on the tools experience and understanding of SEO & SEM.
• Client Services expertise consulting across channels such as Google & Meta ads, SEO and content marketing.
