We have a new 3 month freelance opportunity for a CD who will be brand building in a social-first world for an innovative beauty brand.
We are looking for a 'futurist', someone focused on creating a brilliant brand and content native to social media platforms.
The CD will understand the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of social media, how a brand lives in this modern platform and will have hands-on skills in branding and short-form content creation and visual language relevant to Instagram and TikTok.
Your folio must show work that YOU have created end to end: brand identity work for cool/modern brands and campaigns, primarily experienced on phones.
The CD must be a "thinker" and a "doer" who can quickly iterate brilliant ideas, design concepts and execute them, reflecting the need for agility and speed in the social media landscape.
Ideally confident use of GenAi tools would be good along with Adobe CS
When the concepts have been approved, the CD will work with a brand designer and a motion designer and will lead the creation of a brand that fully considers design elements like colour, type, imagery, and animation, demonstrating the importance of a cohesive visual identity across different touchpoints.
