When presented with the opportunity to partner with an established global business whilst having complete autonomy to run my own desk, it just felt right. Having worked in recruitment for over 15 years agency side and in-house, I now want to use this experience to create a more personalised offering with greater flexibility for my clients and candidates. It’s important to me that I’m able to provide the best service I can, so I’m excited to be part of a company that shares my values and offers me the platform to excel.
